What does that mean? It means don’t go around smelly and in need of a hosing down. It’s okay if you are just coming off the playing field and are covered in sweat. You don’t have to buy expensive cologne or shampoo. In fact, that might not be a good idea anyway, because those middle school girls might get the impression you are trying too hard. You don’t want them to think that, right? So just make sure you bathe everyday and wash your hair before it gets cruddy and falls out.

That’s right. When you ask questions, it shows you are interested. It will make her realize that you want to get to know her, and aren’t just interested because she’s so cute. Ask her about her favorite subjects, her favorite animals, and if she has ever gone somewhere really cool. You will make her happy and learn something, too.

In fact, developing good conversation skills with middle school girls are going to help you throughout your whole life. No girl wants to be with someone who just clams up and says nothing. Learn how to hold a conversation. Read up on current events, and be brave enough to have an opinion on some things. Girls like bravery.

Don’t Try Too Hard

This can be a killer. Guys who try to impress girls too much usually wind up just annoying them. Why? Because you’re not really paying attention to her. Think about it. You are probably concentrating on whatever stunt or story that you think is going to impress her the most, and not allowing her to contribute to the conversation.

Also, guys who try too hard seem desperate. Middle school girls don’t like desperate. No one does. So even if you do jet to Europe on the weekends, and your father does own racehorses, don’t talk about it too much because it just sounds like boasting. And boasting is the last thing that is going to impress middle school girls.
